Attended Auctions and Assorted Shows

When I attended my first auction in 97, the New Jersey area was ripe with many auctioneers running with in driving distance. Unfortunately, those days are gone and all that’s left is a page full of data of sales gone by as the auction houses is that still operate no longer cover this area, or have discontinued business altogether.

Also within these pages are various shows I’ve attended over the years, listed in chronological order from the oldest to the newest.

If you’re lucky enough to live where live auctions still take place, the links below on buying games from an operator, is a good read (because you will run into many at these shows) and and buying equipment at auctions is a must read even today. I’ve also included Some links to auction sites that still operate either live or online serving coin operated equipment in some capacity.
